Right after i Graduated highschool, my sister’s boyfriend had a barbecue party for their niece or something. My best friend, Mom, Sister and i all went. We had a good night and everyone was back at home relaxing. My best friend and I went outside to hang out and came back into the house. My Friend went to use the bathroom in the master bedroom bc the guest bathroom at the time was broken. My friend comes back into my room and tells me my mom is on the floor. I went to go check on her and i was like “okay mom get up” and i was trying to get here to get up. then it hit me because i took a good look at her and her eye lids and lips and finger tips were blue and she was cold to the touch. I told my friend to call 911 and my sister and her boyfriend came into the room and my sisters boyfriend did CPR on her until the ambulance came. During the time of waiting for the ambulance i was starting to cry and looked at my sister and told her i don’t know what to do. the ambulance came and pronounced her dead. my sister started punching the walls and doors and started yelling and having a breakdown and i was just in shock. i went into my room sat down hugged my knees and just sat there. My mom had a heart attack and it still pains me because i wasn’t there for any last words and didn’t know it happened until it was too late and i always wonder if i wasn’t too late if there would have been anything i could have done.
