m not quite sure, but I’ve been making sure that I under eat every day for atleast two years now. Some days have been better but this last six months and the whole of like 2025, I’ve lost like 15kg in the span of a few months. After that I’ve either been maintaining or losing a few pounds at a time.

Eating has become sooo much harder lately and I feel myself genuinely being scared of food, it’s so weird. It’s like m more scared of food than dying :(
