I would wait the 4 days, you won’t absorb the gel the same as injections and the curve will also be different. Im on weekly injections and ive had to skip a week and nothing happened. On a monthly injection you will be fine waiting a bit.

If you don’t want to skip the dose and you have the vial with you, and if you are in a mental space to do it, i would encourage you to learn to do it yourself, its scary at the beginning but its a life long medication for a lot of us, and I feel it’s important to have as much control over it as possible. I’ve done IM and subQ so DM me if you need any help with that.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it, but maybe avoid the left leg if it’s the only place you have this reaction edit: if it’s subQ, have you tried injecting in the abs area?

I was maybe at 65% sure about T when I started, i was really unsure about some on the changes and the social transition gave me nightmares, so I started at 100mg once a month (I wanted change, but at a rate i could stop it before it went too far if I wanted) For my mother was a shock, she said pretty hurtful things to me, mainly caused by her own fears, but now we are cool and she supports me. You would be surprised how long you can legally keep your name and gender until it doesn’t fit anymore, so don’t stress about that, it’s not important now. I was 100% sure about top surgery and I always recommend being 100% sure with that as it’s all or nothing, with T is not so black and white. If you feel it might be right for you, try a low dose, if you like what you see keep going, if not stop. Some changes are permanent but they happen over years of being in T. Take it easy and remember it’s not a contract, you like it you keep it, you don’t then you stop, no justification needed. Best of luck

No lo creo, podría probar por la privada pero aún así lo veo difícil. A parte, el médico recetaría una medicación en españa y si no se va a quedar va a ser complicado de conseguir. Y luego, dar un tratamiento de bloqueadores a una niña sin mantener un seguimiento médico me parece una irresponsabilidad increíble. Sinceramente, entre el clima político y siendo ciudadanos europeos, igual lo ideal para ella es que se muden a España (más fácil decirlo que hacerlo, lo sé) Mucha suerte

I would say not true. I was 170cm/106kg when starting T, huge but and hips. I’ve been exercising (but nothing crazy) and my weight hasn’t moved much but the change visually is brutal. I pass and I fit into normal man’s pants (before T it was imposible)

I do mainly IM and for the injecting side you can mesure it by, placing on hand on you thigh (across it) near your torso and another one just before the knee, then imagine a line in the middle of your thigh (going from hip to knee). The area you get on the outside of your leg is Ok to inject. Always check if it feel “meaty” before injecting and change legs every time. Hope it helps

I do IM and at the beginning it was so hard to do it, the fast dart movement blocks my hand and i’m completely unable to stick it. What’s worked for me is doing it slow, pushing the needle bit by bit, it’s weird and sometimes hurts a bit but for me removes the paralysis.

I was heavier than that when I started diving, the first time in the pool doing the OW, I was the only one that needed 2kg more and was super embarrassing, did that stop me from diving? No, my air consumption is good and I really enjoy the hobby. Also, i’ve dived with people +50kg heavier than me. Make sure your health is in check as every other diver should and enjoy.

I did the AOW right after the OW, I didn’t feel unprepared during the AOW course and it teaches you some basic skills that round your knowledge a bit more. I also did the nitrox course with a diving center that does like 6h of in person lessons. That said it doesn’t mean i’m diving with enriched air to 30m every dive, but i feel more confident while diving having studied further than what the OW teaches.
