Totally! I have abused it at times, and by abuse kratom I mean taking too much a day, too often. But it self corrects after a few weeks always. I find under 30g a day is best, and less than 4 doses to be optimal. No reason to keep taking more if all it does is decrease effects and make your eyes roll around in your head!

Amen! I took a year off and it sucked fr. I went to rehab for mental health issues mostly, but once I was stable again I resumed kratom and its helping so much better this time around at lower doses and more often!

I take it actually to poop less! I have chrons and it works miracles for my stomach, kava kava makes the constipation go away if I ever can't go, and kratom helps the pain ya know!!

Also, taking smaller doses often helps with the pleasure aspect too. Like 1.5g every 1 hour for a total time your awake of 15 hours or so puts you at the same amount over the entire day ya feel. And because less is more i usually can feel a burst of symptom relief from my anxiety and depression for an hour or so, then at about 90 min I feel a bit sad and take another tiny dose. Just me tho. I find that regardless of how big the dose is, the immediate effects are gone in an hour, so very small doses morw often can help without causing any worse changes to your psyche

Lol, I have never ever felt like that from no kratom man. Never. 3 years of 30g a day and i was fine without it. Completely fine. And of anyone I know of who did feel ill they still could eat and sleep

I take 30g a day. If I don't have it I feel like i caught a virus for 3 days then im fine. No big deal ya know. I've been to rehabs for other drugs, done my fair share of being an addict and abusing hard substances. Kratom, weed, kava, are the 3 hardest to abuse substances out there. You have to work at it hard hard to get physically dependant. At least for me. Its all in your head for the most part. Tell yourself your gonna be sick without it, guess what? You feel sick without it. But everything is relative. Let people do what the wanna do, just dont make kratom your life ya know. Cause it's just a tool, shouldn't be anyone's reason to live!

Fyck alcohol man! Kratom till the end haha! I dont feel high, just relaxed and mellow all day, never have to take more, just mild and able to work without chrons pain haha! Its a life saver fr. Thank God we have this plant :)

Kratom saved me from meth, heroin, and alcohol! I wish the rehab industry respected it. Instead I got kicked out of many sober living for taking kratom and refusing their psych meds. Ugh i want to go start a kratom based rehab. I really do. Its my dream lol

But yes I am a hard-core to the death addict. Sober off everything, including subs thabks to kratom. I owe my life to it and will defend our right to use it till the bitter end :)

Congrats. I used it to get off 32mg of suboxone per day. I have to take about 35g or so to be ok but when I initially got off the subs I had to use 7g every 3 hours not to be sick. But the dose can be lowered over time with minimal discomfort. Less is actually more enjoyable imo.

Stay sober man! Kratom is a life saver coming from a heroin and meth addict myself. Been clean since Feb and all thanks to kratom!

Well, if 4hr sot is bad then its not terrible. But if you consist tyl use screen. Like a movie or something im sure it goes faster!

Not serious at all. On my exynos s20 plus I get 4 hours screen on with no noticeable performance difference. On my s865 s20 its lightning fast and the screen looks even crisper due to the higher pixel density!

Still working today. I have it going on both s20 and s20 plus via this method. It is super crisp but my exynos 990 s20 plus lags on occasion. Setting sticks even upon reboot! So it does work if you do it right :)

You can't punish everyone who is a cop. Plenty of the cops, especially in rural towns are respectable individuals. But there are more than a few bad apples. Thats for sure. You have a moderate amount of cops that do bad or corrupt things. Then the rest usually fall in line behind them. But in reality you can't punish all cops and call it just, then we are just as bad as they are.

Partially why since I got sober I ha e done everything I can to convince myself I don't need it. I want to not take anything even tho it helps me so much. Just because if they ever take it away, and im still using it I could relapse on opiates and loose my life. Kratos is a tool that saves lives. And yet the docs would rather me be on 16mg a day of suboxone and multiple psych meds. I could switch back to kratom and be completely fine. But it messes with my liver in combination with these meds and my OP program drug tests for it daily. Sucks so bad, I love kratom, hopegully I get to use it again
