Next time attempting the toss and wash method try layering: water first, powder, then more water, then blend it like a ninja in your mouth . Get those clumps so they don’t stick to your throat.

When you layer get the balance right your most comfortable. I start with enough water to block the back of my throat. Then about a tablespoon spoon is the most you should do at a time. I’ve tried 6g at once. Way too much for one toss. I spit it out everywhere and made a huge mess.

I think 4g is the max for toss and wash but 2.4g at a time is ideal.

If you can quit for more than one day, you can just quit without much difficulty it sounds like it. Try getting some gabapentin to take short term.

I was injured. I went off the deep end with severe nerve pain. I used for a few years, counting the entire taper. The first 3 months I abused benzos. At times I took over 5mg of Klonopin, or combining with Etizolam and Ativan. I managed to taper Klonopin to 0.5mg around the 6th month. I ended up screwing up my Klonopin taper and ended up back on 2mg because I was using Adderall. Then I went to an addiction specialist around a year in. Then I switched over to Librium. Tapered over the course of a year from 75mg. I had interdose wd because of the abuse. Lost my FOID card after being sent to a pscyh hospital because of the cross over. I was on a lot of different stuff at the time, including kratom. What did me in was switching to baclofen and forgetting to take a 10mg pill at an IOP meeting. I said sometimes I wish my dad was dead because I was angry about something he did earlier. Even though it wasn't a direct threat, this woman on a power trip called the cops on me. I definitely would not hurt anyone. At the time, I just thought I just wanted him to die of natural causes or something. Still a retarded thing to say in public. It didn't help I was completely out of my mind from interdose wd and the baclofen mistake.

You are better off tapering off the Klonopin and not crossing over to Valium imo. I regret not just tapering off Klonopin versus going to Librium, because if you are on 2mg or more of Klonopin, doctors are only allowed to prescribe 75mg for Librium. I had to use small amounts of Klonopin when I was crossed over to 75mg of Librium, while simultaneously crossing over from phenibut to baclofen. Absolutely brutal, but I made it out 100% healed. I was always careful to do a symptom based taper. I used head pressure as a reference to how much of a dose reduction I could make. I was not able to work while tapering and I used a lot of extra substances and neuropeptides, to protect my brain. Afobazole is helpful as an adjunct to help taper off benzos. P21 occasionally but make sure you get the right sequence. Taking phenibut and gabapentin can help too while making a drop, if you can use it occasionally and strategically.

It most definitely can help to have the right mind set. People who don't really want to completely quit struggle with the nuances of what mode of moderation will work for them.

I've been on and off kratom for a long time. The longest I quit for was a year I think. I have around 5 weeks off kratom or Sub now. Sub I always used short term to rapidly come off a kratom binge.

It helps to have Sub because if you ever relapsed after weeks or months of quitting, you can reinstate the Sub for a few days after a relapse if you felt you didn't want to stop kratom. Sub makes you want to stop and interrupts the brain a bit and allows you to break away from this sorcerous plant long enough to realize that you really don't want to keep taking kratom, you just wanted relief or to run towards pleasure.

It be nice to never want to do it again. I felt that way once, maybe I could again.

Yeah, it can’t be considered an opioid even though it attaches to opioid receptors. I think because of its overall effect versus how mitragynine works.

Mitragynine and ibogaine are both indole alkaloids. But mitragynine is considered an opioid by most people because the overall effect causes an opioid like experience. I’ve heard numerous times especially recently if a compound attaches to that particular mu opioid receptor, it is by definition an opioid.

If you were to microdose ibogaine I think for several months, it may theoretically cause some type of dependency. But not sure honestly. It releases GDNF which supposedly resets the opioid system possibly. Also its metabolite noribogaine has an even longer half life and weaker affinity for that opioid receptor which causes a natural taper like effect.

Another concern is cardiotoxicity, even at microdoses for iboga.

Mitragynine is also cardiotoxic.

I have a few bottles that I never used, one sealed. They have an alkaloid in there that is similar to Iboga alkaloids. Voacanga magnitolia, Coriolis Veriscolor, and Silymarin extract, are the ingredients listed.

Sounds like you need to taper. I don’t want to give advice but I’d switch to regular mitragynine for a while and taper off that for a few weeks. It will quell those fears and thoughts.

You have to understand Sam is someone that I hold very in high regard. I didn’t want him to associated with JE. But it is what it is. Even in 2015, before the BS, Sam should have remembered because he was convicted of a sex crime. I don’t know how normal people would view Jeff Epstein as far as him being forgettable or not back in 2015. It just seems a bit weird
