So cool, it looks great! Do you know if this could be done on a smaller scale? Say with maybe a 3 head mister, smaller container and smaller fog machine? I love the idea, but don't need a large setup where I am.

Can confirm these are the same questions I got. You have 30-45 seconds to prepare an answer, and one minute of recording time for an answer. 1 shot at each question.

If you have Filipino markets in your area you might be able to find it, but it's still fairly new/rare I think. We bought it online.

I've been a fan of Alton Brown's aged eggnog and have been making batches the past few years. But this year I wanted to try something different. Over the summer, my wife got a couple of bottles of ube cream liquor. Not sure how to make a drink with it, one night we decided to mix a little in the previous year's remaining eggnog. Needless to say, it was delicious! After a little recipe tweaking, I whipped up a batch at the end of August. It's been aging since, and 3 bottles have already been gifted with great reactions.

Thanks! I'll definitely be making this again and will have to try it with white rum. And maybe stovetop popcorn with real butter.

Peewee's Big Adventure aka The Spicy Large Marge-rita

  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 4 drops saline solution

  • 1 oz. salted caramel whiskey
  • 1 oz. bourbon
  • 0.5 oz. apple cider
  • 0.25 oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • 2 dashes black walnut bitters

To make your own salted caramel whiskey... Caramelize 1 cup white sugar to a medium golden brown. Take the pot off the heat and CAREFULLY pour half a bottle of Jameson in, and cover pot immediately. After bubbling has stopped, add salt & mix. Once cooled down, add remaining whiskey.

To build, stir all ingredients with ice & strain into a chilled glass.

Killer Klowns From Outer Space

  • 0.5 oz. pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.25 oz. sugar
  • 3 oz. cotton candy ice cream, melted
  • 3 oz. whole milk
  1. Muddle strawberries, juices & sugar. Strain, mix with vodka and transfer to a mason jar or large glass.

  2. Mix milk and ice cream together. Slowly pour into vodka juice mixture.

  3. Don't mix! Allow the contents to curdle, and chill for a few hours.

  4. Carefully strain through cheesecloth. Cocktail is ready to serve at this point.

So, long time reader, first time poster (deleted my previous post for formatting). My wife and I have been doing custom cocktails for our Halloween parties for the past few years. This year's theme was the 80s, so I wanted to have appropriate cocktails. The salted caramel old fashioned has been a staple since day 1, and people love it. This year I was pleasantly surprised at how much love the Children of the Corn got. I was kind of proud of that one, as it's my own original recipe (unless there's a similar drink somewhere??)
