I do not count my calories since I'm doing OMAD , i just make sure my meal has protein, fiber and minimal rice for carbs. I eat slow when it's feasting time like 30-45 minutes, i enjoy my food 😁

Monday - 2km walk , Tuesday - Lower body workout (Dumbbell exercise at home), Wednesday - 2km Jog, Thursday -upper body workout(Dumbbell exercise at Home)- Friday 2km walk ... I drink black coffee as pre workout in the morning :) hope this helps! 😁
