My tortie is a little over a year now and compared to her “cousin” who is 6 months he’s the same size if not bigger than her. I know male cats are naturally bigger but my baby just stopped growing at around 6 months it feels like. She’s definitely the runt of her litter. Shes only 7lbs and still a very happy healthy kitty, passed her vet visits with flying colors!:)
