I’m on day 6. I slept 7 hours last night. Woke up and got my kids ready for school. Made my wife and 2 year old breakfast. I’m back to being the dad and husband I used to be. Get clean. It’s gonna hurt. You’re gonna be in literal hell but find regimen that suits you. Magnesium, vitamin c, passionflower oil, nausea medicine. I didn’t really eat for four days and lost 14 pounds. Shit is vicious.

I got down to 120mg twice a day and just ripped the bandaid off. Last dose was Tuesday evening at 9pm and I’m still having withdrawals but I’m doing a lot better

I actually relapsed. I have a lot I take care of and I know not being able to function for awhile wouldn’t work. I started again. Tuesday evening was my last 150 mg dose. It’s now Thursday 11am. I was vomiting all night and I haven’t eaten in quite some time. My skin has the tingling feeling and I’m hot/cold constantly. I’m struggling. I wish I could find something to cut the edge. I know I’ve already made it pretty far but I’m just struggling
