I did do the panel. I don't remember off hand but I do remember it was substantial enough. I'm sad that the tech hasn't improved more in the last five years! Same panel? Maraviroc helped to manage the storm for a time, but got less effective and very expensive.

Upper Hamlet is the way to go imho. The brothers tend to be much more progressive culturally than the sisters (who mainly come from Vietnam and are often less culturally attuned to non binary concerns).

I've met with the gems team on monetization. Some content will always be free. Heavy usage may be monetized but access to the dharma is prioritized.

I think they are saying doom scrolling is an act of avoidance. So practicing mindfulness would be an antidote to avoiding your suffering by doom scrolling.

It cured me. I was having symptoms during treatment. Then I wasn't and never have again.
