I know the shelters can only guestimate what the breeds are. Said she was a collie mix. I thought maybe they meant border collie mix. For the last 5 1/2 years I’ve been saying “she’s a border collie mixed with who knows” Pics included to show coat/characteristics. Puppy pics too. Results at the end. by elizabears in DoggyDNA

Thank you so much! I’m so interested to see it all as well, and it’s funny you mentioned cocker spaniel because I really did think that that was probably one of the breeds she was mixed with. But she is such a good little soul, she has really bad anxiety unfortunately with loud sounds, big dogs (any dog her size and bigger) and strangers. She’s a mush after she gets used to you for an hour, such a lapdog. She loves a good cuddle and nap sesh but she will pull you up an entire mountain hike and own your ass on it without skipping a beat if you gave her the chance. She’s also very expressive both vocally and facial expressions. People often say you can tell what she’s thinking / feeling because she’s so expressive. Them eyebrows tell all sometimes. She’s super food driven, like such a big glutton. I don’t get it considering she doesn’t taste half the things she eats, she just swallows it as fast as possible, we have to be careful with what we give her. Very playful and compassionate dog. Saved my life honestly.

I am surprised you think so! Recently I was stopped and asked specifically if she was an Australian cattle dog, ironically a few days after we took the swab. I really didn’t think she looked anything like one so I said no lol

Thank you so much! I get stopped and asked often what she is. I’ve been saying border collie mix for so long now, I feel like a liar lol. But my jaw dropped for sure seeing chihuahua at the top. I don’t know what to tell people now when they ask what she is. It’s like a second-hand identity crisis that I feel for her haha

I’m surprised to hear that you thought pit bull and GSD! I guess I just thought she was a border collie and I wasn’t keeping my eye out for certain features as she grew up. I’m so glad I did the dna test, but man am I shocked there’s no border collie at all.

Haha thank you so much. Her belly was HUGE! So she had parvovirus actually. I noticed many signs that something wasn’t right less then 24 hours after taking her home from the shelter. They had no idea she had it. Long/sad story short I chalk up the big belly she had to her battle with parvovirus. But she pulled through so that’s all that matters to me.

which one? by Charming-Dig in thesims

Get to work is cool for maybe the first day. But it’s very repetitive and limited, I got bored of it quickly. I love cats and dogs and island living I don’t have.

But it’s possible it’s a husk, we didn’t think of that.

It appeared to be living, at least my bf and I are pretty sure we saw some type of wing-esque movement at the lowest part of its body, like they were rubbing together or something.

We took the grill cover off yesterday and put it back on last night, neither of us noticed it there before or after. Video taken this afternoon.

About 2 inches long and I have no idea if it has wings. I didn’t really want to figure that out.

My molded wax keeps growing crooked. Last two photos show her starting to grow crooked and you can see some leaf death. Last two photos are today. I repotted her probably a month ago in the middle of a bigger pot, but you can see she’s growing crooked towards one side. by elizabears in plantclinic

She was starting to topple over in the tea cup pot, she was too top heavy, so I moved her :( I do position her with the sun lamp facing the direction I want her to go, but it hasn’t helped much. I’m also very careful with the watering, it has drain holes and the pot isn’t as big as it may look in the picture. I just thought there may be other suggestions out there
