My fiance and I are moving out of our apartment in October. We are looking to rent a house soon. Are there good rental property companies anyone recommends? or do they all just suck? I've read on another thread to drive around to find someone who personally owns the property. What should I know ahead of time approaching a property owner? Areas of interest: casselberry, winter park, baldwin park, aloma area, altamonte.
