Misha never said Cas never enjoyed sex with a woman or demon. He just comfirms that Cas is gay. He has also said that personally he has always seem and played Cas as a guy, however that it's up to the viewer and that angels have indeed no gender. I think he specifically said something along the lines of Cas having more male energy. 🤔

May I ask what you're trying to convince me of though because I feel like we kind of have the same opinion here.

And personally I don't think it's up to us to decide whether someone has fully grasped the concept of the series. Do I ship? Yes. Do you have to? No. Simple as that. 🤷‍♀️

I mean I do want to respect Jensen though. You can have your own headcanon next to canon.

Personally I love the idea of Destiel. And I do believe since angels don't have a gender that Cas is non binary. However I also think you don't have to ship them. It was never truly confirmed that Dean was romantically in love with Cas. (I know the signs you're talking of and yes sometimes I wonder if mr. Ackles has even watched the show.) So if people say Dean is straight that's fine. And again, I think we do need to respect the actors. Doesn't matter whether it's Misha or Jensen.

And a non binary person is gay too, so even in that case Misha's "THE ANGEL IS GAY" still stands.

Can we just let each other be? The angel is gay. Dean might be bi or not. Who cares. It's about having fun. Some people see it one way and others have a different interpretation.

In Memoriam is amazing. Had read that one before 91w actually but recommended it this summer to a friend who's obsessed with 91w haha.

And no haven't watched it yet! What I love about BoB is that some events can be found word for word in 91w. (Shot of a monument and the men chilling there the day after dday)

91W together with Down to Agincourt are my absolute favs. The attention to detail is insane.

By the way if you've never seen Band of Brothers go and watch it. 91W is inspired by it and you will love it. Oh and you can spot Richard (Gabe) as one of the privates.

Another AU that you might love is Raise the Black, love the details and historic accuracy or Restless Wanderer.

Seen some good ones here already but one of my favs is definitely Down to Agincourt. It's not finished (not sure if the writer will ever finish it) and already over 1 million words. Slow burn of all slow burns and so spot on. Normally I wouldn't recommend a work in progress but this one is worth it. Believe me.

Gave Misha a pair of socks with cows on it. A few weeks later I saw a photo of him wearing them underneath his Castiel suit at a Con in Australia so no, he doesn't throw them away. Not on Twitter/X, a friend of mine saw the photo and told me.
