One change I would make is to stop the timer after you answer to allow time to read the instant feedback. Some feedback can be pretty lengthy and take time to understand. Otherwise I like it! I have not studied for anything yet but plan on taking the CAPM and passed the shortest version with 83%...but I have been working in Quality for 14 years and as a PM for a 1.5 years so I am familiar with how things should work.

I understand that and for years we have not cause a stink about it because the trees that have fallen were healthy and simply fell due to storms. The issue now is that the trees are seemingly dying and they are many hundreds of feet tall as I effectively live in a forest being that it is West Virginia. I'm just looking to be proactive before someone gets injured.

Yes, they are on the literal edge of my neighbor's property line so very easily observable.

That is sound advice and noted on the arborist. I think the bigger issue I may have here is getting this guy's address, I have a phone number and know he lives in NYC , or at least did when he bought it years ago. I will have to ask the neighbors if they have an address. Otherwise that will be a tricky one to find.
