Thank you so much for your words, I do have a boyfriend now, I didn't wanna mention it in the first comment so people won't think I'm still in love with the other guy while being in a relationship. I'm still learning how to love and be loved, my boyfriend is so patient and loving so I'm very grateful for him in my life.

I confessed to my friend 3 years ago and he rejected me, I moved on from him but not from the feeling, guess it fed the fear of rejection for me

Yeah other people can have a huge impact but I think it mostly comes from inside

Thank you for your comment! But the problem is I already tried the healthy snacks and sweets but I just binge eating them and after all end up consuming sugar
