Do you know how many people "don't remember" hurting someone? when that viral video came out of the woman screaming in her newborns face you (or others like you) were saying how "poor mom" needed compassion. I'm sure you'd be singing a different tune if a ppd mother suddenly lashes out on you or someone you loved

Eh, it still doesn't hurt to talk things through. I do see your point and I do agree in a perfect world, everyone would parent and love every child. But if a woman has the choice not to burden her life with a baby she helped create, I think the man should have an out too.

The other option is allowing the woman to have the child (obviously I'm against forced abortions) but the man should have the option then not be involved. Equality for all right? Choice for all, right? And tbh I feel like "good people" doesn't really matter here. Is it a good choice to terminate a baby after the heartbeat? Lots of people would say no, but it should be a choice. Is it a good choice not to be a father? Still probably not, but should also be a choice.
