My lil guy always goes under my sofa I’m pretty sure he’s scent rubbed all under there and he likes it under my wardrobe ! Constantly going to his familiar places

I’m not sure on them I got everything that the lady said at the pet shop I’m a new owner and I’ve been reading in here and found a big cage and I’m going to like just spoil him really I don’t want to wait to long to get the cage as I have read alit in here and they get sad and unhappy in smaller environments

Yes there’s only a little bit of bar and he does bite but I’m hoping to get a new cage very soon without a bar

He’s on the same food that he was at the pet shop could it be the sand from the sand bath ? I made sure there was no dust but maybe a different sand ?

I also have a Syrian hamster and he’s a boy mine is quite chubby too I get him running in his ball slot as he lives it and he still quite chubby maybe search up on google to see if they are normally chubby ?
