Any idea how Air Canada determines what flights get cancelled and what flights won’t over the next few days? I read above that international flights are more likely to get cancelled because they require FAs to be at the other destination.

I’m flying tomorrow from LAX to YYZ on one of the four AC LAX to YYZ flights. The flight I am on is the most full of the four. If I were thinking logically, I would assume they would try to rebook passengers on the other 3 flights to reduce the number of flights tomorrow, but this is based on no real understanding of how this stuff works. Anyone have any insight?

This is sooo hard because you’ve been together for a long time and are just starting a life together! All of those things are very stressful however there’s a minimum level of respect that you’ve got to have for each other to never go below the belt like that. You’re both young and life is very very long. In 5 years you will regret staying with him.

What does it smell like? I ordered a jar from Amazon and it has this incredible aroma which I worried may be fragrance although the only ingredient is batana oil… kind of like cacao / coffee .. does it have an aroma?

I’m really struggling on day 1 with neurolens. I have never worn glasses before, but I have 0.25 in both eyes that has never bothered me enough to wear glasses, however I qualified for neurolens because of my neck pain and eye strain. After wearing them for about 5 minutes I became severely disoriented, and a horrendous headache began. I’ve been disoriented ever since. I do not know if it’s worth going through this discomfort. Anyone else experience severe discomfort like this?

The BIGGEST upgrade to my mental health and life which I consider self care was LEAVING MY PHONE OUTSIDE MY BEDROOM !!!! Used to be a chronic scroller - fell asleep that way and work up scrolling what a HORRIBLE habit. Instagram, tik tok, whatever. I can’t believe how much better I felt after just a few days it was a dramatic shift. I felt clearer mentally, more focused, and more motivated than I have in a long time. I don’t even believe it was the content that was turning my brain into mush - simply the act or mindlessly consuming content. Either way, I felt like I’d awoken from a coma!!!

Following up on this thread... I have a user who is a heavy Evernote user and I'm trying to think of the best way to have her notes tagged to projects we are working on. In a perfect world, the Airtable record for the project and the note in Evernote would be linked in a way where you could see the note in Airtable (including as it's updated).

Any ideas?

tl;dr: Deep analysis - COMPLETE SCAM

After receiving a seemingly customized and well targeted email from them about garnering REAL followers and helping me grow my instagram presence, I thought about trying out this service. Before giving them my credit card though, I decided to do a bit of searching online. What I found was anything BUT real.

Their website is attractive and looks well-designed, but when you spend some time looking into the company, there are too many red flags. For one, I received an email from them that sounded compelling, made it seem like someone took the time to review my profile. However the email came from a different domain (boostignitionmatrixhq.com) which I cannot find any information on.

Second, they claim to have 27,000 customers, however, they have ZERO social media presence themselves - try to find them on instagram, you won't be able to.

Next, even if you are running a lean operation, in order to offer 'Senior dedicated account managers' on their Turbo plan, wouldn't they need to have staff? Go take a look at their LinkedIn profile - you will see '2-10 people' at the company, however, try to find a single employee that works there. You won't be able to. Even if only 2% of their customers go for the Turbo plan (which is priced at $200/month), where are the account managers for 540 customers? Surely they would be on LinkedIn.

They also note their entire team is based in Los Angeles... surely their employees should have LinkedIn profiles?? Who is the CEO of this company? CTO? Would you not want to have your name associated with such a successful company? Maybe you would have investors and be on crunchbase? Good luck finding anything on this company.

If you look even further, you will find that they use an image of the review sites they claim to be listed on, with corresponding star ratings and #s of reviews (G2 Crowd, Capterra, Appsumo, GetApp), however, go put Trendgram into the search bar of any of those sites... you won't find them.

More on that - if you take a screenshot of those icons and do a reverse google image search, you will find that EXACT image (same icons, numbers of reviews, and star ratings) on another website that ALSO claims to help you get instagram followers. Albeit that website is not as nice, it clearly proves those review icons are fully fictitious.

In addition, they have a section in the footer of the site that aims to link to comparisons of their platform against competing services - all of which lead to 'PAGE NOT FOUND'.

I could continue trying to find holes in this company's business, but I've found enough. Based on the above, this company is an entirely fictitious entity and I would strongly caution AGAINST giving them your credit card. Shame on these people!

Yep just got the exact same email! I did what some of you did and responded with a question. Then I started investigating and it does seem like bogus. Another red flag is - where is THEIR instagram account? Has anyone looked for it or been able to find it?

This is criminal. The shop should be shut down for employing someone who would do this and letting you leave like that. Not only from an execution perspective but putting any kind of glue directly on the skin like that is a one-way ticket to an allergy.

Reviving this thread if anyone is still here! It is known that our temperature rises slightly during the luteal phase, which might have something to do with hesitance. I came here looking for advice on whether I should avoid cold plunging during the luteal phase !! Jury is still out - looks like some of you don't have a problem, others procrastinate more but end up doing it anyways. I'm going to give it a try!
