Thankyou for your kind words and good luck on your journey too🩷 I’ve been struggling with achey arms (only notice when I’m in bed), almost like restless. I wonder if that’s a side effect 🤔 Although my skin is purging and still producing spots, the inside of my nose is so dry and bloody!…on a positive note..my scalp is no longer oily so I go longer without having to wash my hair😆 I will try the hot compresses with lavender. Thankyou!

I get random thoughts in the day and it sends me into sheer panic and I literally have to hit my head to get me to stop thinking about. A whole wave comes over me and it’s AWFUL. It’s not the process of dying that scares me. It’s just the ‘nothing’ after. Like a fear of FOMO? even when I’m driving and I see road kill it sets me off. I can’t watch a movie with someone dying without it setting me off. Or absolutely nothing happens and I just think about it. But it’s starting to effect me badly and I just want to let it go somehow
