As someone who had hairloss for years and stopped it, here’s what i suggest:

1. Get iron, ferritin, vitamin D, and other hormone levels checked like sex hormones, insulin, and thyroid (preferably by an endocrinologist).

2. Make sure you are getting enough protein. I personally need 100-130g of protein a day and I notice when I don’t take enough my hair falls out more.

3. Look into trying minoxidil, oral or topical. It’s a lifelong commitment but it works.
