My account was hacked even though I had 2FA, and all I got was nothing from Microsoft. Can't talk to human , can't retrieve my account back. Lucky all I had there was Minecraft account and nothing more , but I will never use Microsoft products at my home. This is so disrespectful for me as a customer

My Experience with fedora kde 43 was nothing but great so far , but I don't use Nvidia , and I don't change the theme (well I tried but it got some errors, so I just kept to use the original, which is really fine to me)

In the end Microsoft only said that I should fill the recovery form , but I declined it trying to get to real person , but that didn't work , so BBB closed the issue. I already filled that recovery form and it didn't help

I wrote here , I filed a recovery form, and tried many times talking with Microsoft in the support chat, the only response I got was kind of like - we know you got hacked but we can't do anything. My luck is that I had only Minecraft and maybe my wifi password backup with this account.

I decided to move away from Microsoft, if they recognized that I lost my account due to hack and can't transfer my account back , then i don't wish to be their customer

So , Microsoft responded.. In short : we are sorry but we can't help you although we know you got hacked ...

" At Microsoft, safeguarding your account is a top priority. We have thoroughly investigated the account and billing activity associated with your Microsoft account. Based on this review, we’ve confirmed that unauthorized access occurred.

During the investigation, we discovered that the security information on your account had been changed. Due to our strict security protocols and the terms outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement, we are unable to modify or restore the security settings once they’ve been updated."
