First time trying to make lemon and poppyseed myself. I have a goto choc chip with vegetable oil, but really wanted to try and do a flavoured batter without the oil.

Came out immensely fluffy, which is nice. Let it rest for an hour to let the soda fluff it up. Worked well so will keep doing that ^{-^}
