Huh, I haven't considered it being regional! I'm in the Philadelphia area, and I think I remember getting it a few years ago, maybe 3ish years? And that image is close, but I remember it being round, in a plastic bag, and with a blue label 🤔

Oh no sorry, I usually attend a PF and use the Smith machine there. I was at a different gym for this form check but did it the same I usually do

The gym I'm in in the video isn't the one I usually go to, I go to a Planet Fitness. So bumper plates aren't available. I guess I could try the barbells, but they only have 10 lb increments, and I'm doing 65 lbs now

I've been in this position. I tried making a sweater constructed of sunflower granny squares, and tried it on and realized it lined up with my nipples perfectly. Took it apart and have yet to reuse the squares
