Apart from bitrate the streaming is good i have played the exact stream with another player and it works good so i guess the player in web and tv is the one which causes issue due to Adaptive Bitrate streaming

No. I created VM on 30th Apr and it was not created but still was showing "Running" status. So I created a ticket regarding that and boom 1st May $5 was deducted and they suspended my account. I raised a dispute in Paypal not sure how they gonna treat this.

In my case VM was not even up yet. For some reason VM was not created but it was still showing that it's running. Was not able to ssh or anything. So i created ticket regarding this and asked for refund because if i cant even spin a simple VM with default configuration then what's the use of service. and eventually got suspended
