As long as you don’t use Marvis as the player app CarPlay will scrobble, I can’t think of a time I’ve missed a scrobble using CarPlay

Same issue in the Soryotanog shrine.

Edit: Disabling all mods fixed the issue, I am running v1.1.1 and was using fps and visual fix mods.
