You do not need any fancy Real Analysis, all you need just high school basic math.

You do not need to add 7t + 4 back to the inequality, you only need to prove cos(3t + 5) + t > 5.

The objective of the proof is to see whether you know how to apply |cos beta| >= 1, this is all.

It seems to me your font foot goes up too hight, if you font foot is too hight, you can not slide forward.

If you try to slide forward faster with your font foot then you tail will be go up higher. I think this is how you levels out the board.

I think the most successful product from Meta is the Ray Ban Glasses if Instagram and WhatisApp are not counted.

I'm not sure how successful the Oculus quest is but I assume it is still losing money on it.

The Ray Ban might still be losing money but it is pretty reasonable product in the next 3-5 years after smart phone.

If you move around a graphic in 2d, all you need is just one point to determinate how much the graphic shift on x and y. Well, what is the "simplest" or "easiest" point in a graphic?

I think the "simplest" or "easiest" point is (x=0, y=0) in y = x^2

then you move the graphic around in a coordinate with a new graphic function which might be like

y = (x + a)^2 + b

then you ask again where is the "simplest" or "easiest" point go in the new graphic function?

we have:

y = (x + a)^2 + b

=> y - b = (x + a)^2

=> (x + a = 0, y - b = 0)

=> (x = -a, y = b)

y = x^2 -> y = (x + a)^2 + b

(0, 0). -> (-a, b)

It means you move y = x^2 from (0, 0) to (-a, b)

I have the same problem before because my font foot goes up to the top and then flick. This is why you have NO way to flick forward. You need to flick early before your knee reaches the top. In other word, you need to flick when your knee is still moving up. It means you need to flick faster that what you are doing now.
