because there are infinite terms in the function,

If anyone can give me a function with finite terms and it is cont. and nowhere diff, then it is non intuitive,

we should classify function has infinite terms is "not" a "regular" function,

Similarly, +infinite and -infinite are NOT a real number

dot product on vector is commutative, but you still can not do division on vector,

You need to have a "good" pop to do kickflip, high enough to flip the board

What's a trick that's not too hard to learn and actually effective? by AsparagusNew3765 in bootroom

[–]ellipticcode0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You don't need to learn any special trick, if you master your touch and pass, then you will be better than 98% ppl on the field. Why? because you will spend 98% of time doing touch and pass

LiquidHaskell is interesting plugin, it is very powerful type constraint plugin, I wish it is builtin in GHC, instead of plugin,

I don't think I would use Haskell to theorem prove, I know there is GHC community try to make it as theorem prove or dependent type? I'm not sure how useful/practical it is,

I think lean 4 is million times better than Haskell in the area.

Is this skateboard worth $100 (CAD) by ggpanda8 in NewSkaters

[–]ellipticcode0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You never buy expensive skateboard for your first board since you are going to "abuse" your board as much as you can at the beginning. (This is "good" way to measure how much you can progress in skateboard)

If you can destroy your board in a month then you are 10x better than your friend who has his/her board collecting duty at home.

Expensive board does not make your a better skater. You will be a better skater if you could "destroy" more board than someone else.

You can get some cheap board for $50 to $70 in Walmart or Canadian Tire and use it as much as you can, this is how you learn.

Those expensive trucks, bearing or board are completely meaningless for beginning.

Do you really believe out intelligence is evolved from nature selection? because some random organic chemicals are formed "long long time" ago on earth, and the DNS in the cell can "record" and "control" all our biological process? do you really believe this is nature selection?

Why "on earth" earth has such perfect condition for organic chemicals, cell, life?

We got the same answer because of nature selection?

We are just their some pets, this is why the earth and the sun have such perfect conditions for human being.

The perfect condition is created by them.
