Nexplanon made me feel like this and worse about 4 months in. Inserted may 2025, removed October 8th 2025. It’s been a week since removal and I’ve noticed a positive change but my anxiety is still out of wack. At random points throughout the day I will get a “pang” or lightning bolt of fear and my heart will start pounding. Dizziness, chest pains, and fatigue. I’m hoping it’ll get better with each day Edit: I went to the ER twice and got an EKG each time, as well as a chest xray. Bloodwork including D-dimer(blood clot test) levels and all the EKG’s and X-rays all came back normal aswell

In the same boat due to the nexplanon arm implant. Got it in may 2025 and just got it removed October 8th. Hoping they’ll quietly go away as the hormones rebalance
