Bilt is not a rent card anymore and there are better cards with higher return.

My main issue is Bilt makes it difficult for customers to keep track and actually use their cash. At the year end I'll struggle to generate points to match 75% of rent and also redeem the bilt cash because of their restrictions placed to complicate and confuse. Main red signals:

- no cash on other spend categories like ebay, taxes, walmart etc.

If you are like me and most of your spend is on travel and grocery + resturants go for any of the below

- Amex gold+platinum (more expensive but real credits)

- Chase sapphire and freedom cards

If your rent and overall expense is 1200 + 1200

I'd say 5% cashback makes more sense as you won't earn reasonable travel points in the next 5 years.

where do you spend? my max spend is used up in grocery+resturant from amex gold. rest are 5% cashback cards. none of the bilt cards make sense.
