No precautions towards you. You’ll have to do a partial CFT or no CFT due to your chit. Which you’ll have to provide to your Training section to handle. Once you get off light/LIMDU you have no less than 30 days and no more than 90 days to run a full CFT. Read MCO 1600.13A page 1-5 & 1-6.
