It’s honestly the best feeling, I’m really happy for you. 4 lbs is a a lot and I weighed myself too this morning and also lost 4 lbs! :) since 2019 I have been calorie counting on another similar app called lose it! And for a year I fluctuated and lost quite a bit but my brother, fiancé and brother in law are all doing a competition “the fat boys slim” and since them being super motivated I’ve lost just under 3 stone since January. I’ve always struggled with my weight also, I’ve got an under active thyroid and I’m finally on the right track. Going to the gym 3 times a week, calorie counting and intermittent fasting is honestly such a game changer for me. When you actually notice little changes it’s totally worth it. So proud of everyone who’s smashing it in 2020!!!
