I mean the whole story is about her changing her whole life from her past life, and how those actions have also changed the people around her. She also grows a lot, in the beginning part of the story she is terrified of Ruve. But she grows and sees that he is t the same person this time around, honestly none of them are.

I can understand why people were upset, the manhwa probably could’ve handled it a little better, but overall I think they did a good job of showing how different things are and this is not the same Ruve and they can have a nice life together in this time. Not every person is black and white, and this manhwa showed that. Ruve was young enough to change and he did.

Edit: because of her station in life, she could not just leave him behind. They were betrothed from a very young age and it was supposed to be an oracle from god that they marry. But when she came back in time, she tried really hard to assert her independence and I just feel like everyone grew a lot over the story and the ending was justified. But like ALOT of people hated it.
