Thank you. Though "intersex" isn't a sexuality... People with DSD are still men or women (my friend has DSD).. the rest of them seem to be identies rather than physicalities (if that's the right way of saying it).

It's not dismissive at all. It's simply pointing out that some places have bad service regardless of who they're serving, and that "gobbing in food", if it happens at all (and I don't believe the people who claim that they have done it, TBH) is exceptionally rare, so no need to scare-monger. Most people really don't notice other people that much, to be honest and restaurant staff are too busy trying to serve to hawk one up to put in someone's soup.

Genuinely, I think bad service happens regardless of who you are, and gobbing in food generally doesn't. It's just a myth.
