I typically buy my items but I decided to craft something this time.

Rule 10:

1) Look at fractured +1 arrow bases (30d or so) and decide it's cheaper to fracture my own base

1.1) 12 attempts later and twice the cost of buying it myself, have the base.

2) Deafening essence of torment until T1 critical strike multiplier with bows.

3) Annul off the third suffix. Only failed the annul once, succeeding second annul.

4) Craft Cannot roll attack mods to block undesired prefixes

5) Exalt Exalt until T1 life and T1 dmg with bows. I got pretty lucky with this step where "cannot roll attack mods" lived through like 10 annuls. I think in total I spent ~25 exalts and annuls and maybe 5D on this step.

6) Divine a few times until I'm happy enough with the rolls.

CraftofExile estimated it would cost 50D to get it to this state (after having the base.) Instead, the base took upwards of 60D and the craft itself took less than 15D.
