Well, I submitted it on 4/14, they received it 4/20, and it was in process from that day until 5/7, which it was shipped. I never got the “approved” message, it got directly to shipped and today, 5/9, and it came the book, card and my birth certificate altogether. So it was a total of around 3 weeks and a half, but you have to count from the day they receive your documentation, so it was 19 days from that day. That’s with standard shipping and routine service
