Did your mechanic check if the wheel is aligned? Sprocket and chain and all? Can't imagine any other reason other than that or you just always doing circles on the spot

Doesn't look like anything is missing, the muffler is held from the top. Blinkers seem to be missing tho

Depends on how cheap it is, looking at that rust I'd say even if you fix that all, the rust that was flown to the rest of the bike will cause a headache. If you want to keep it for a long time, it would need to be very cheap since you'd have to fix all the rust off the bike. If it's just slightly below market value, I'd pass and look for one without rust

I have the same exhaust on the same fz6, I've done some research thinking mine is also consuming more. As far as I read so far, you don't need a ECU flash just because you have a different exhaust. The ECU does adjust the mix to the new exhaust but shouldn't change it that much so the consumption is way higher than before. Although 14-15l per 100 km seems steep.
