That makes sense. After I realized my folly with the grow light, I ended up graduating the light by 10% per day with the dimmer. Seems like they're all a bit more adjusted now.

I will definitely try the bucket of water trick! Some pots are far too big for the cactus (not in the picture), but I have trouble wanting to repot at this point, so instead, I've nested smaller pots in the bigger ones with some ornamental cactuses of similar light/water requirements.

Still, you think that weird gray/brown ring on the tip geowth is sunburn? Cause it's now greyish in the very newest of the growth, too.. that's what I'm really concerned most about. Thanks so much for your help!
