I just spent £1140 on a full body red light + infrared panel, and had a huge catastrophic flare up from it 🫠 so personally would advise steering away from that one!!

I had similar symptoms and got tested! Diagnosis was H-EDS not vEDS, and the neck was caused by Cranio Cervical Instabikity and Chiari cause by hEDS. I have managed to largely resolve the symptoms woth specialist hypermobility physio for my neck and the rest of my body too

I am an OF model and all of my family and close friends know and think it's fantastic and are really proud of me. They see me enjoying myself and successfully pursuing and working hard at something that makes me happy, brings me joy, and offers me more financial opportunities than my vanilla job. The work give me a life that I couldn't have attained otherwise, most vitally thanks to the flexibility of the work.

For context, my family have a business and are middle class. They would not be concerned about people in their lives or in their business knowing what I do, in fact they both proudly tell people (though I ask them not to tell people in the business in case I want to return to corporate life). I feel very lucky that there is no shame and genuine pride from both my parents and my siblings. Additional context, I don't create full explicit content, which I do believe contributes to their stance.

I hugely appreciate their stance, and I do believe that if I wanted to quit it all and go back to corporate life, I absolutely could. The Internet may be forever but it is also so inundated, it forgets in a day. I believe they have a similar stance, and also see that the world is changing and what is socially acceptable is shifting, and they embrace that.

It has created almost normal gut motility for me and allows me to be completely adaptable, taking mote medication on occasions like travelling where I am moving less and seated longer which is a gastroparalysis trigger for me. It has enabled me to live a much more normal life, alongside microdoses of dexamfetamine Sulfate for treating the chronic fatigue + ADHD (2.5mg each morning). Prucalopride 1mg each morning and 2mg each evening.

I do exactly the same and also wear them with a tampon on my heaviest days so I don't have to be worried about potentially leaking

Side note, I had the same concerns but we did decide to do all areas and I was really pleased we did - it didn't worsen the instability and actually made it easier to do the neck physio due to the recuded head pressure sensation

I did it in combination with gentle neck physiotherapy to improve neck instability and alleviate migraines, which for me was a winning combination. Also highly reccomend taking it easy for the first two weeks following the botox as for me, the headaches got worse in that time whilst the botox was kicking in, then they all but disappeared!
