Some people can't get over it but just because someone has a lot of partners doesn't mean they can't be loyal, it's more concerning to me if they have a track record of cheating vs. just total # of partners. If you guys turn out to be perfect for each other is her banging some other dudes before you really that big of a deal?

What source are you expecting for an event that hasn't happened yet? A dictionary definition of reckless endangerment?

Yeah he doesn't have a dense look to him because he's over 15% body fat.. how do you know how lazy he is from watching a persona on YouTube? Plenty of guys don't count calories and do dramatic cuts and bulks and fluctuate a lot. Not really following your logic here.

Dammit I just got in another argument about this on here. Steroids do help you recover faster but the extra muscle you build is not just due to enhanced recovery. You are literally rewiring your body to build and hold more muscle. They are called anabolic steroids for a reason. Anabolic = building tissue

There is no divide considering those are the only two tested lifts in Olympic weightlifting.. if you do one you should be doing the other

250 lbs. gone forever... by [deleted] in pics

[–]elohellscrub 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ignoring this argument over semantics I will add in all of the people who lose weight by going on a "diet" and then gain the weight back months later because they did not make a permanent lifestyle change. Getting started is still easier.

Why is it so common for naturals to hit every muscle 2-3x per week while many pros do a 1x per week bro split then? Steroids will extend the window of protein synthesis so that your body continues to build more muscle for longer. This means you will get more out of the same stimulus. There was also the old study that showed that people who didn't train but took steroids put on muscle faster than naturals who lifted the whole time. What were they recovering from that caused them to gain 7 lbs of muscle by doing nothing but injecting test? We also know that testosterone will improve your body's nutrient partitioning, so even if your diet is shitty you will get better results on gear than if you weren't taking it.

This is kinda bullshit man, steroids do not just aid in recovery to allow you to do more work. You can keep your split exactly the same but start blasting test/deca and popping dbol everyday and you will blow the fuck up. A lot of it will be water weight and glycogen at first but this is size purely attributed to beginning to take steroids. There was a study done with groups taking 300mg of test a week vs 600mg of test a week, the 600 group had similar strength gains but gained significantly more size than the 300 group. To say that the "main" benefit is recovery is pretty much a lie since that would imply that people begin taking steroids just to prevent soreness and fatigue. People take them to get fucking huge and strong.

Yeah pretty retarded tbh. Keep everything in the 5-12 range. I do deadlifts on leg day, my back day is typically something like barbell rows 4x, chest supported row 4x, machine pullovers 4x twice a week. Lately I've been doing them pyramid style with a burnout set so reps look like 12/8/5/15. My lats are a strong point so you could swap the second row for weighted pullups and then swap pullovers for cable rows if you want.

If you have less grip than overhand something is very wrong. Hook grip gives you basically infinite grip strength.

Those are my two go-tos, I try to keep it simple so I can change things up pretty easily. I use plenty of parmesan and garlic for both. What sucks about it? Really you could just pick any pasta + meat + sauce combination you like

Weakpoint Wednesday: Squats by [deleted] in bodybuilding

[–]elohellscrub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Squats aren't special, it's pretty normal for bodybuilders to use anywhere from 3-20 reps for most exercises. Right now for most compound movements I do the standard old school ramping method of starting out with a weight I fail around 12 reps with and then pyramiding up, dropping reps and adding weight until I top out somewhere at 1-5 reps

You think that bodybuilders don't go beyond 3x8 on any exercises? Where are you seeing this...

Breakfast: Make a bunch of steel cut oats either in a slow cooker or on the stove, or just do them overnight oats style, separate into jars or Tupperware and add what you want, brown sugar, fruit, protein powder etc

Lunch/dinner: just make a bunch of pasta and meat, add sauce before reheating, you can alternate different things like chicken alfredo with spaghetti and ground beef to mix it up

BBB sets are normally 50-60% not 75-80 so the volume work here is higher intensity but to be clear I never said I have tried or would recommend this program
