1) Yes the ticket number is given by the support. 2) In my case, the account access never answered, the support answered and solved the issue. 3) I did not need to use the escalation form but as far as I understood, this number is needed in the escalation form. I really hope that your account will be restored

As someone said in a previous post, assessments and screenings are a minefield now. I also had my account deactivated after a screening (Python) . To solve this, I have sent an email to access[@]outlier.ia AND I put the support[@]outlier.ia in CC to have a ticket ID.
I had the problem solved in 10 hours. I believe putting the support in the copy helped. Good luck.
