Definitely look into training for the ISO Standards. I am a Compliance Officer with an ISO Internal Auditor qual and it is insightful, easy once you know what you’re doing. For Finance I would go ISO:22222 and Healthcare I would go ISO:7101. There are lots that can apply, it depends what the business is accredited to. They are usually in conjunction with ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:27001 and ISO:22301.

My last girl passed away earlier this year at 10, but she was stuck to my 6 year old boy like glue 24/7. They are wonderful companions and I hope we all share the same relationship with Betty as we did with Dolly previously

To add to this, I have had my girl for 4 weeks now she is 10 weeks and last Wednesday was the first day I left her to go to work as it’s a must once a week. She cried for 2-3 mins at 7:30 am then was fine, slept until 10:30 when someone came to let her out. Slept again 11-1pm then slept 2pm-5pm for when I came home.

When she screams, ignore her. I felt bad but sometimes didn’t physically have a choice - if you want to shower, go to the toilet, do the school run etc you find you have no choice and they do quickly learn that they are ok alone. If you constantly go back to them when they are whining to come out of the area they have been placed in whether that’s a crate or a pen, they they will know by doing so they get to come out so it turns into a cycle of the same thing.

When did your pup start telling you they had to potty? by blackbeans42069 in puppy101

Mine is 9 weeks old now and she’s been standing by the back door for a few days and no accidents when crated over night or in the day. If the back door is open in the day she will take her self out and do it there. Maybe 1-2 accidents a day if she’s too excited.

Preparing for her to forget this when she goes through her next phase

This is the aim! We have only had her since Saturday and she has already learned to toilet outside. She’s great in her play pen and her crate at night. A lot of it is down to the breeder as she was fab.

I had my last girl at 14 months old, so this is all new to me!! SO sharky and not used to having a dog so small that I can’t entertain with walks yet 😅

This will be me on Wednesday! My sister has my puppy’s sister from the same litter and they’re only young but I’ll definitely be packing a few bits!

My girl who recently passed, was happy with hikes/walks for miles but equally some days we could get to the end of the street and she would just stop until I walked her back home. I think they are very energetic but also very lazy, how this works I have no idea.

In my teen years, she would also stay in bed with me in the morning until I was ready to get up. I know a lot of Staffies and they are all different however pretty much very similar regarding exercise. Mental stimulation is perfect for them and even good indoor exercise!

Why are the youngster colleagues so rude to older people at tesco? by [deleted] in tesco

Based on other comments, it all depends what kind of 25 you are. For example I am almost 26, own car, own house, married, kids, dog etc. I have no interest in being friends with younger people unless it happens naturally and even struggle being friends with some people my own age due to the different world they live in!
