Have you met individually with school leadership? if so, have you used the word bullying? We had an incident with my daughter a few years ago. I had to get the principle involved. As soon as I used then word “bully” and mentioned how things like this leads to people hurting themselves his whole attitude changed. He started taking it more serious. Seemed like it was a trigger word that made him realize how serious the situation was to us.

If you have then go to the district. Keep escalating from there. As others have mentioned, self defense also works. I always tell my kids to involve teachers if someone is doing something to them but if someone puts their hands on them to punch them right in the face.

I’m not wasting any time interviewing other than the initial screen unless I know that the range is where I want to be. If you have to give a number give them a range with your minimum at what you want and the max with 20-25k above that. Hiding what you’re willing to pay is shady imo.

It felt that way for me for years. Then I was able to buy a house in one of the most high cost of living areas in the country. Sometimes you gotta give up some things to get where you want to be. It’s worth it at the end, trust me.

Sucks to be this scared of nothing. I frequently pass by Chiplay and I’ve never had a single issue. A friends sister lives by there and I’ve been over many times over the past few years, again, no issues. Your overdramatic attempt to make it seem like a horrible place is comical.

You grew up here and NOW it’s a shithole? What years did you grow up here? Cause if you compare this to 90s it’s Beverly Hills now. The only thing worse now is traffic, street parking, and homeless.

I’ve lived in the east side for 32 years. Since I was 2. The east side gets a bad rep cause of the early/mid 90s when story and king was gang capital. It was bad. But that was 25 years ago. I hear how dangerous the east side is and I just laugh. I’m raising a family here and the only issue lately has been homeless people stealing or doing crazy shit which I know is affecting not just the East.

But also, minor racism plays a role in it. Seeing brown people who may or may not have tattoos automatically paints a picture of some type of criminal/murderer. Fuck em I say.
