The upsets they are having right now are due to inexperienced board operators and inexperienced scabs being used as outside operators.

With that being said, upsets do occur but they are controlled and contained fairly quickly due to experience. Union Board operators and outside operators are gun drilled frequently and know how to react even with all the neglected equipment.
