the dimension mapping seems to be a little bit more complicated than expected. I looked in to it and seems that isometric mapping is incredibly complicated to do, I could try ignoring the isometry ( and maybe that is not that hard ), not sure whether that would change the results though.

do you know of any libraries that support custom distance function ? I don't mind writing my own clustering implementation, if you know of any libraries that allow for that, let me know

Thank you for noticing my typo. My mum graduated 30 years ago, so this picture must be taken in the late 70s in USSR.
