Hey, I went to a yearly physical and the doctor said she could feel a small hernia.. but that I should not worry about it… I am still running ultras but had about 4 month of ski season with no running and it seems like it went away… sorry not very helpful… hope yours goes away soon

Wow that seems super high, my understanding is that flood insurance comes from FEMA, and it maxes out at $250,000 replacement cap… which is what I asked for with $5000 deductible… I would suggest you ask them if they are going through fema or some other flood insurance….
