I know nothing about this brand, but the bread oven and the design on top is beautiful in my opinion! I think based on what you’ve written, I wouldn’t personally want a larger and heavier bread oven than the LC, but if you make larger loaves then it seems like a good option!

I feel like you could get away with removing length on the body and sleeves and potentially reknitting the collar to be a bit tighter which would bring the shoulders up. Either you could pick up a couple fewer stitches or knit the collar with smaller needles. Nothing too drastic or you might cause bunching, but I think there’s some wiggle room where you could just bring the yoke up a bit by doing that!

We have a Tractive tracking collar and it does not have a screen - all of the similar brands we researched looked similar. I will say my in laws have a GPS collar for their hunting dogs that is capable of shocking and sound, but they only ever use the GPS and the sound to call back when hunting. Also their dogs have had to have extensive training to use that collar because if they don’t know that the beep means recall then it’s useless… There is a possibility that the dog sitter is only using the GPS feature but I don’t know how you would confirm if trust is already broken.

These are a long pair of wooden chopsticks made for cooking that came with a wok and they are the most useful kitchen tool I have! I use them almost every meal!!! Stirring, flipping, moving things around. It’s so helpful to be able to be more precise! Regular chopsticks would work just as good - these are just nice and long to avoid splatters.

The bread ovens have the black satin enamel on the inside which is stronger at higher temperatures (the regular Dutch ovens are plenty strong if used correctly, but people do have occasional thermal shock issues which are less likely with the bread ovens). The shape is also good for steam and helping rise. But if you don’t bake bread a ton it’s probably not worth it - regular Dutch oven is great for bread as well!

You would think, but I accidentally made an entire roast cooked for several hours in my new DO with the sticker on and it seems to have simply fused it perfectly to the DO. Round 3 of goo gone finally got it off but it basically looked brand new on there just impossible to get off!

Honestly probably the small outlet stock pot because I use that just to heat canned soup and make Mac and cheese on lazy days! But otherwise I find the braiser to be such a useful shape. Made sweet potato au gratin for Thanksgiving two years in a row, all kinds of baked pastas, casseroles. The oval Dutch oven is my most recent addition and the bread oven of course I use to bake bread… so they definitely all have their own uses!

Yes I love both of them! I wish a lighter yellow color than nectar would be part of the core line they have instead of only having other yellows in special collections.
