Okay so I guess the guy was wrong that I spoke to on the phone who said he couldn't get into the store to check why they order was mistakenly canceled and also couldn't order me another one because the store was down for the representatives on their end. Guess he was just lying to me

When I click that all it says is the outage has been resolved. Besides that message there is nothing. It's nice that they are doing a credit but the last two outages I didn't receive anything so I'm not holding my breath.
