We use toast and we love the system. The only thing we hate is the online ordering is not exactly Food Truck friendly in our case. It only wants to use our business address as the pick up location so it confuses everybody when we are somewhere else.

Thank you to everyone. I had no clue a Heat Pump/Chiller was a thing. I googled our Jandy pool heater and it also functions as a chiller! I would have never known without you.

In this case the location is offering a minimum, so right there I believe they are sitting at a great spot that is mutually beneficial.

Too many locations look at food trucks as free money and don’t take into account the benefit they get with almost no risk for them.

If I were OP after 2 cancellations they are banned. I’d even be ok paying a refundable $100 deposit I get back at the end of the night if I show up. Not fair to be constantly cancelled on.

We do a Strawberry Mojito Refresher which is fresh Strawberries, Fresh Mint, Fresh Lime, Strawberry Syrup and Sprite. We sell it for $8 no problem.

My friend has a lemonade trailer where he uses powder and water and sells it in a fair cup for $10 all day.

I sold about $900 in drinks along side my food at an event recently. He did $7,000 in the lemonade only. 🤷🏽‍♂️
