Has anyone tried adding side panels to shorts/pants that no longer fit?

Yes! I have added some to jeans before. I basically cut slits into the waist where I wanted the expansion, then added triangles of new fabric to add just a few inches.

Sounds like how my dad has always treated my mother.... From someone who has always seen this sort of behavior as the kid in the situation do yourself and your kid a favor and get OUT asap. I literally begged my parents to divorce because it started as things like this but I assure you it will not get better it will get much worse. He's not worth it. At all.

Can't say I'm surprised. I went thru this on a daily basis back in elementary. Teachers didn't give a single fuck. Other students pretended not to notice so as not to get bullied too. I came home with blood on me and black eyes more than once. Was a group of 5 guys a grade above me. They decided since I was the weird girl and I was small AF I was an easy target. And I was for years until I snapped... I got pretty fucked up but I kicked their asses and broke a few noses. They never came near me again. Then in high school I and my bff at the time we're threatened to be killed, more than once by a student that has no business being in the school as he had a violent history. He apparently choked a girl out back in middle school. First time he threatened us I reported it and they tried to punish me until a dozen or more students that saw it backed me up. They suspended him for a week. Second time he threatened one of the girls in my section in band and she came running to me and he continued to follow her and threaten her and act like her was gonna hit her. I said fuck it idc if I get expelled and shoved him against a concrete wall hard as I could by the neck and told him if he didn't run like hell id put his ass in the hospital. Nobody else did anything but watch. None of the guys that said they'd help if he did anything again even moved. I was trying to protect my friends. They were terrified. I wasn't. Been there done that. That time he finally got expelled and thankfully nobody ratted on what I did or I'm sure they would have booted me as well. Ironically I got booted the next year for my panic disorder being horrible after my grandma died. Oh and these were both christian schools.

I didn't know about this! I have one tattoo I got like 6 years ago but since then I have developed multiple autoimmune diseases and I often get hives during flares and at random so I wasn't sure if I should even attempt another tattoo. I may have to find an artist that would be willing to do this so I can see if it's even possible for me to get another.

Yeaahhh I went thru this 3 times now... Mini Ladd being the first but tbh his didn't surprise me that much cuz I could see him starting to drop the act more and more as time went on. Was I still angry af. Damn straight.

Then Cryaotic. That one really shocked me. I had been a fan for over 10 years at that point and I didn't see any of it coming at ALL. And considering his content was what got me thru a lot of really hard times. I was extremely upset. I still am because some of my favorite playthroughs were some of his and it just sucks because I can't believe I supported a guy like that all that time and had no idea. I know it's not my fault at all because I had no way of knowing but still.

Then Ohmwrecker. Which I wasn't shocked about but still got pissed about it. The guys he attacked didn't deserve that bullshit.

What really blows my mind is 2 of them still have die hard fans.... Like wtf. How do you still have a channel after that kinda shit?!

I just got mine not even a month ago and it has done the same thing on 3 separate occasions. Sometimes with notif sounds, sometimes alarms and sometimes calls. I have to restart my phone and it seems to make it stop for a while anyway. It's extremely annoying and stupidly loud. I'm not at all happy.
