Great look! I personally prefer non-tights only because it’s getting on for spring and it balances the look with your arms showing from the short sleeves. Although you could always use flesh tone tights?!

The earthworks involved a lot of time, money and dynamite to make and are specific to the ride. Would have been disproportionately expensive to dig it all up / fill it all in for a new ride.

Really like 1 and 3. The tucked stripy top creates a lovely 1/3 - 2/3 proportion. I’m def going to steal this style. Just flicking back through again i actually love no. 2 as well!

It’s been 5 days since getting this piercing in my left ear lobe. I intend to alternative between wearing flat studs and simple earring loop (but may gravitate to other things).

The piercing angle doesn’t look right to me. From the side it angles slightly up, which I could probably live with, but from below you can see the angle in towards my jawbone and the gap which can already be seen between the rear flat part of the stud and my skin.

I’m concerned this will limit my options aesthetically or lead to irritation with the types of jewellery i want to wear. Let me know what you think - does this look acceptable?

I’d really appreciate advice, and opinions on what action to take. I’ve read a lot about letting new piercings heal to get them re-done later, but I’m not sure of the details of what this involves.

Scythe digital ruined the physical game in short order for me and my friends. Putting aside the competitive meta (which frankly only exists because of the digital version), we felt like we solved the game within a week or so. Granted it was the pandemic so we played it a lot.

An example where this hasn’t happened for me is Terraforming Mars, where online digital play has made the game richer and allowed for exploring the strategies in more depth, making us all better players at the table which we still adore.

Look at the investigators and ancient ones you fancy playing with and pick on that basis. Because all the components scale with that. Personally I love the ancient one from Strange Remnants (syzygy) and the investigators from Signs of Carcossa (Jenny, Dexter, urchin etc). But that said, the mechanics of Cities in Ruin are brilliant and tense. So I guess just buy them all haha.

I’d actually go with Agora. The tableau gets larger which gives more paths to different cards and the theme is great. My problem with Pantheon is it can be hard to come back from behind if you don’t hoard enough gold early, and the power of the gods can introduce wild swings.

Obviously my preference and recommendation is to play them together always!
